Dr. Nguyen is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist and is a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Nguyen completed her bachelors degree at University of California, San Diego. She received her medical degree from University of California, Irvine and then went on to complete her residency at Cedars Sinai/University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, San Diego County Medical Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Nguyen was recently selected as one of the 2009 "America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists".
Dr. Nguyen is married and has three grown children and resides in San Diego. She has been practicing in the San Diego area for more than 10 years. She currently maintains priviledges at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla and Pomerado Hospital in Poway.
